Donors Choose Project

ENGAGE & INTERACT!

Our class is constantly working on communication and collaboration skills. What better way to practice these skills than by having fun together? My goal is to have six interactive STEM stations where students will work together to design, build, problem solve and most importantly, HAVE FUN! We are looking for donations of building games such as Legos and Magna Tiles. We would also enjoy interactive games like Jenga and Suspend. We don't care if they have been used or are new.

If you'd like to donate, check out my Donors Choose project. Mrs. Rosen's Donors Choose Project

We students in Mrs. Rosen’s class show hard work and
responsibility. We run laps each morning to stay healthy and fit.
It is also a competition because our class tries to run as many miles
as we can against Mrs.Avila and Mrs. Magan. I enjoy running
laps and many others do.
We also have P.E. every other day. We have Band or Art the days
that are not P.E. In Mrs. Rosen's class we also have advanced
math and regular math for fifth grade students. We also have
science or history towards the end of the school day. We have
science in Mrs. Rosen's class and history in Mrs. Avila’s class.

The PERFECT Classroom

We have been having many discussions about trust and honesty in our classroom. Most students have said that they feel disappointed, sad, angry, and mad that they are unable to trust classmates. Now let's think about the perfect classroom.

  • What would it feel like?
  • What would it sound like?
  • What would it look like?
Click on this PADLET to write three adjectives that describe the perfect classroom.
